FAQ
How it works: process and rules
Upon receipt of the confirmation of participation (after 30 November 2024), you are legally registered and the contract comes into force.
- The rebooking offer was valid until 15 November 2024.
- After registration, you can withdraw from the contract without any problems (and free of charge) until 30 November 2024.
- You will receive a confirmation of participation in December 2024. The invoice for the registration fee will be available in the Exhibitor Service Portal in June
- From June 2025 until 30 November 2025 at the latest, complete and verify your details in the Exhibitor Service Portal.
- In May 2026 you will receive your stand confirmation and the corresponding invoice for the stand.
Placement
No, the hall allocation will only be made on the basis of your wishes and information after the registration deadline, 30 November 2025. As always, we will send out the stand confirmations in May of the trade fair year (2026).
We will take your placement requirements into account as far as possible when planning the hall.
Hall planning will begin after the registration deadline in December 2025 and stand confirmations will be sent out in May 2026.
Terms of payment
Area changes and cancellation conditions
Changes to the stand area are possible. Additional square metres can be added later; the original registration date applies to the price. In the event of a reduction in space, the applicable cancellation regulations shall apply.
Generally not. The respective valid conditions apply.
After receipt of the confirmation of participation (December 2024), a cancellation fee of 25% of the registered (max) space will be charged in the event of cancellation or stand reduction.
